Technical Customer Success

• Partner with clients to ensure a frictionless onboarding and ongoing experience
• Work hands-on with client datasets (often messy and unstructured) to extract, organize, and transform key inputs for PrePad
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to continuously improve user experience
• Deliver high-impact, boardroom-level presentations that make data understandable and actionable
• Serve as an internal expert on completions workflows and client needs
• Balance technical problem-solving with strong interpersonal client engagement
