About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to ensure a frictionless onboarding and ongoing experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current authorization to work in the United States
Stellar interpersonal skills and patience
Engineering degree
Experience wrangling, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data (Excel, scripting, or other repeatable methods)
Strong background in data management and optimization workflows
Experience supporting clients with technical systems
Proven ability to create executive-grade presentations (PowerPoint mastery)
Comfortable working across software platforms and managing complex data inputs
