About the role
- Work collaboratively within a team of experienced Advisory consultants
- Deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems
- Participate in client needs analysis and engagement planning
- Analyze and interpret data for recommendations
- Draft deliverables for various audiences
- Oversee work of Analysts during engagement delivery
- Participate actively in practice development activities
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience
- Awareness of market trends and key competitor’s activities
- Negotiation skills and effective approaches to closing the sale
- Client and healthcare industry understanding
- Risk management practices awareness
- Statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Tableau proficiency
- Lean Process Improvement
- Six Sigma Green/Black belt
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
