About the role
- Responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and expansion of the Food & Nutrition program
- Create and execute strategies to drive satisfaction, penetration, and growth
- Enhance member and field engagement regarding the Food Program
- Determine needs of healthcare members to develop future strategies
- Lead strategy development for Clinical Nutrition and Wellness programs
- Lead member engagement and education for food operations
Requirements
- 12 or more years of experience in food service program development
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Leadership position within the food service industry
- Proven ability to drive results
- Proven customer engagement skills including marketing and education development
- Develop high performing people and team
- Formal education in the food or hospitality field
- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Registered Dietitian (Preferred)
