About the role
- Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines
- Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Associates and engineers
- Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams
- Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed
- Document solutions and identify process improvements
- Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Grace under pressure

- Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
