Compliance

• Responsible for delivery, in terms of timeliness and quality, of site activation readiness within the assigned country/sites and foreseeing and mitigating any risks.
• Preparation of Clinical Trial Application Forms as well as preparation of submission dossier (initial and amendments/notifications) for submission to Competent Authorities, Ethics Committees, and other applicable local bodies according to local requirements and within required timelines to obtain all necessary authorizations/approvals for the conduct of the Clinical Trial according to international and local/national applicable regulations, company SOPs and principles of ICH-GCP.
• Interaction with CA/EC for study purposes and handling responses to the CA/EC.
• Providing regular updates about CA and EC submissions to the Start Up Lead and/or Regulatory Lead assigned to the study and to Project Manager/Project Team.
• Maintenance of project plans, project trackers and regulatory intelligence tools as it pertains to assigned responsibilities and to keep Regulatory Leadership.
• Preparation/Support the development of study specific start-up plans, IMP release requirements and essential document review criteria.
• Partner with the assigned site CRA to ensure alignment in communication and secure site review and manage collection of essential documents required for site activation/IMP release.
• Customize country/site specific Patient Information Sheet and Informed Consent Form.
• Responsible for/facilitates the translation and co-ordination of translations for documents.
• Maintain communication with other key functions participating to country start up e., Feasibility, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Regulatory, and Site Contracts management group on project specific status and deliverables.
• Act as SME for collection and maintenance of site level critical path to Site Activation data points, including but not limited to Competent Authority, local IRB/Ethics Committee (EC) timelines, site contracts and budget negotiation requirements for and other required reviews to secure on time site activation for the assigned sites in the country.

• May support the clinical team performing Pre-Study Site Visits.

Research Analyst

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites
• Ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards
• Coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits)

Clinical Research Associate II

• You will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.
• You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.)

Clinical Research Associate I/II

Full-stack Engineer

• The Software Engineer (UI/UX) is responsible for designing, prototyping, and building intuitive, user‑centered interfaces.
• Work within a small, collaborative development team supporting critical laboratory and operational applications.
• Gather requirements, design, and iterate rapidly, translating user needs into functional front‑end experiences.
• Build and enhance user interfaces across Precision LIMS, Lab ePortal, Logistics ControlTower, and related applications.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to ensure user-centered design and functionality.

UI Software Engineer

• Lead a distributed, agile team of software engineers responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting key applications.
• Collaborate with IT and Business product leadership teams on product planning activities and shaping the product roadmap.
• Mentor engineers, drive coding standards, architecture practices, and guide team execution.
• Contribute to sprint planning through effort estimation and provide updates on team progress, risks, and delivery commitments.

QA Engineer

• Lead the design and execution of functional, regression, performance, and AI/ML testing strategies across multiple product lines or modules.
• Develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks; optimize CI/CD pipeline integrations for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed quality throughout the PDLC and SDLC.
• Ensure rigorous validation of AI/ML models, including bias detection, reproducibility, and performance benchmarking.

• Role requires strong hands-on experience supporting M365 services with focus on SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive administration to optimize governance while providing day-to-day support and management.
• Analysing and improving SharePoint permission structures, optimizing sites according to Microsoft modern architecture best practices, providing governance reports to management, and documenting are all expected.
• Exposure to governance solutions that would direct Microsoft's AI offerings including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• PowerShell scripting for efficient tenant administration.
• Responsible for capacity planning and lifecycle management of SharePoint environment leveraging ShareGate, AvePoint, and other 3rd party offerings where possible.
• Work closely with help desk technicians for resolutions to escalated tickets and training on new features.
• Work closely with security operations to maintain proper security posture. Focus on security requirements when designing a solution.
• Migrating workloads end-to-end from on-premise to cloud or cloud to cloud using ShareGate.
• Reporting on cloud licensing and resource utilization in order to preserve costs a plus.

• Reports to Chief Medical Officer, and across Precision for Medicine, supporting medical strategy.
• Provides medical and strategic support for business development activities globally including client engagement, proposal support, client capabilities meetings, and professional meetings.
• Provides strategic drug development consulting to autoimmune, or oncology depending on specialty, and rare and orphan disease clients. The consulting will be provided in the context of an integrated strategy with medical, clinical, regulatory, biostatistical, translational and marketing insights.
• Create, review, or revise protocols, case report forms, training materials, project-specific tools, analysis plans, study designs, clinical trial reports, and investigational new drug applications.
