About the role

  • Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs using content marketing, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Support the development of new content and campaigns
  • Partner closely with Marketing & Sales to reach targets
  • Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, and emails
  • Build landing pages, ads, and other digital assets
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign development
  • Oversee templates for email and landing pages
  • Deliver marketing analytics to optimize performance
  • Implement account-based marketing initiatives
  • Optimize CRM and tech stack health

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences/preferably in lead generation and account-based marketing
  • 2-4 years of experience of working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects.
  • Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll.
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge (hands-on execution) of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce)
