About the role
- Co-ordinate and process monthly payroll across multiple European counties.
- Review and verify payroll data, including earnings and deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to stakeholders.
- Employee support for payroll-related inquiries.
- Conduct system audits and reconciliation for payroll data.
Requirements
- 3+ years European payroll experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid working understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Must be highly proficient in excel (use of Pivot tables)
