Research Analyst

• You will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.
• You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).

• Provides overall support to study sites and clinical project teams engaged in clinical research studies

• Schedules internal and external meetings as required
• Prepares Investigator Site Files including distribution to study sites
• Performs ongoing essential document collection and review, maintenance, and close-out activities
• Assists with the investigator recruitment activities utilizing phone scripts, questionnaires, study site materials
• Ensures timely and complete data entry by site in EDC or any other system that requires data entry

Senior In-house CRA – LATAM

• We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
• The Principal In-house CRA provides overall support to study sites and clinical project teams engaged in clinical research studies.
• Adheres to applicable protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Acting as point of contact for study sites.
• Has extensive site management experience which included experience and knowledge across different type of projects.
• Responsible for providing senior oversight and act as subject matter expert in site management activities.
• Acting as resource for Clinical Monitoring management team support and mentoring and developing others in the team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including executive leadership, sales, and practice areas.

Regional Vice President, Business Development – Biospecimen

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the project teams in all financial areas associated with running a clinical trial.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly invoicing worksheet which is the source document for client invoicing and source of revenue recognition
• Perform variance analysis comparing forecasted revenue to actual revenue to identify gaps, changes in scope, etc.
• Review work orders and change order budgets in comparison with actual activities to help identify out of scope activities

• Updates, tracks and maintains study specific trial management tools/systems, and status reports.
• If required, manages site start up procedures including the feasibility and recruitment of potential investigators, preparation of EC/IRB submissions, collection and review of regulatory documents, review and adaptation in Patient Informed Consents, notifications to IRB, EC and regulatory authorities, as appropriate, translation of study related documentation, organization of meetings and other tasks as instructed by the Clinical Trial Manager/Project Manager.
• Independently conducts all forms of site visits, including pre-study/ qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits, in accordance with the protocol, local laws, ICH-GCP and Precision SOPs.
• Documents activities via confirmation letters, follow-up letters, trip reports, communication logs, and other required project documents as per SOPs, Clinical Monitoring Plan/Site Management Plan and client requirements.
