About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and support the execution of a diverse range of in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, regional field activations, and client engagements.
Manage key logistics including venue coordination, vendor engagement, registration, team accommodations, promotional efforts, marketing collateral, budget tracking, and post-event wrap-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning and execution.
Skilled in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot Social)
Experience in marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in building service-based relationships with senior executives.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
