About the role
- Lead change order budget creation activities between project management, functional leads, and financial analysts.
- Contribute to the tracking and record keeping of change order requests.
- Actively participate in internal and client calls on a routine basis.
- Review changes in assumptions to the budget and identify information gaps.
- Prepare, edit, and customize change order text.
- Incorporate vendor and partner change orders as applicable while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related business field.
- Ideally at least 3 years experience with change orders preparation in an excel based costing tool.
- Must have clinical CRO budgeting experience
- Working knowledge of project budgets, financial analysis, advanced excel skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
