About the role
- Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs using content marketing, email marketing, and digital campaigns
- Support development of new content and campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Partner closely with Marketing & Sales to develop integrated campaigns
- Plan multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and emails
- Build landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets
- Support execution of a content atomization strategy
- Collaborate with design and content team for campaign development
- Ensure email best practices, mobile responsiveness
- Deliver marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance
- Implement account-based marketing initiatives
- Optimize CRM and tech stack health
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in biotech/life sciences/preferably in lead generation and account-based marketing
- 2-4 years of experience of working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects.
- Previous experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
- Strong knowledge of and experience with advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll.
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge (hands-on execution)of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce)
