• Drive revenue by executing the go-to-market sales strategy
• Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition and regain lapsed customers
• Use data and analytics to align prospect pain points with value
• Demonstrate the Precision eControl platform functionality and customer use cases
• Research the e-commerce and brand protection market
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting activities
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Conduct structured discovery to uncover customer pain points
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful customer onboarding
• Monitor customer health and support account strategies

DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and platform services in Azure; plan and execute migration patterns to AWS.
• Own CI/CD and environment automation (build, test, deploy, release) to enable safe, repeatable delivery.
• Implement and evolve observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting) to improve reliability, performance, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across cloud, networking, CI/CD, and platform services; contribute to on-call/incident practices.
• Partner cross-functionally (application, data, platform) through sprint ceremonies to define standards and uplift delivery practices.
