About the role

  • Define and own Praktika’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Lead the development and evolution of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Work closely with product and leadership to ensure the brand reflects Praktika’s mission and values
  • Oversee all brand-owned pages and digital assets, maintaining quality and coherence
  • Design and execute Praktika’s AI influencer strategy, identifying and managing partnerships with AI-native creators
  • Build and scale a micro-influencer programme, from sourcing and briefing through to performance tracking
  • Develop creator briefs that are authentic to Praktika’s brand while driving measurable awareness and acquisition
  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with Praktika’s target audience and brand positioning
  • Plan and coordinate Praktika’s presence at industry events, conferences, and community meetups
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting to assess ROI
  • Represent Praktika at key events and build relationships with partners and communities in the language learning and EdTech space

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles, ideally within a consumer tech, EdTech, or startup environment
  • A track record of building and scaling brand strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer programmes, including both AI and micro-influencer channels
  • Proven ability to manage events and sponsorships from concept to execution
  • Strong community-building instincts with experience growing and managing engaged online communities
  • Highly autonomous — you can set direction, build processes, and deliver without heavy oversight
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership teams
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus given our global user base
