About the role
- Design and architect ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions based on platform best practices
- Lead and support SPM implementations including modules such as Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to define processes and solution architecture
- Define solution designs, architecture documentation, and implementation strategies
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization
- Provide architectural guidance to consultants and developers during implementation
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support presales activities by providing architectural input and solution proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ServiceNow SPM projects
Requirements
- ServiceNow CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification (mandatory)
- Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations
- Proven experience delivering multiple SPM projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning
- Experience designing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs
- Experience facilitating workshops and working with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow SPM data model and processes
- Experience with platform configuration including Flow Designer, Business Rules, and forms
- Understanding of integrations and dependencies with other modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Enterprise Architecture Management
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation best practices and governance models.
