Consultant

• Serve as strategic partner delivering VISTA-aligned consulting to clients
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and processes
• Architect, plan, and execute complex Atlassian migrations and consolidations

Atlassian Consultant

Account Executive

• Own the overall sales strategy for assigned enterprise accounts, focusing on significant revenue growth and account expansion.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with revenue targets and leverage our VISTA solutions.
• Identify and prioritize target growth areas within the Atlassian ecosystem with key stakeholders within the organization.
• Create SOWs and proposals in collaboration with internal teams, and negotiate commercial terms to secure new business, leveraging AI tools and techniques for enhanced productivity.
• Cultivate deep, executive-level relationships within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the strategic alignment with the Atlassian, Tempo, Appfire and SmartBear Account teams to maximize partnership opportunities within our account base and target account list.
• Work in close partnership with Field CTOs (fCTOs) to drive the development of winning Statements of Work (SOWs). The Account Executive is responsible for the commercial strategy and positioning, while the fCTO is responsible for authoring the technical solution and SOW document.
• Lead the negotiation of commercial term for high-value opportunities.
• Proactively identify and sell opportunities for change orders, aligning scope adjustments with client objectives and driving additional revenue.
• Adhere to defined sales processes, from discovery and solutioning through to final negotiation.
• Collaborate with fCTOs and other internal leaders (Marketing, Delivery) to align messaging, develop solutions, and ensure seamless account execution.
• Manage and monitor customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues to maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in SFDC for personal opportunities to ensure reliable forecasting.
• Work with our Consulting Operations team to manage the staffing of projects and allocate the right talent for VISTA engagements.

Director of Professional Services – Delivery

• Understand and educate on various SaaS solutions lifecycle and develop opportunities within the MSM ecosystem and client engagements.
• Build and manage excellent client relationships providing true consulting on Praecipio subscriptions.
• Implement specific business processes or solutions to address particular operational or technical challenges for multiple client engagements simultaneously. Manage multiple client engagements, understanding each client's architecture and diverse user needs (e.g., engineering, marketing, PMO, HR). Provide tailored solutions, optimize the Atlassian environment, and support work management processes across various business units.
• Lead client requirements gathering, process analysis, deployment, and user acceptance testing.
• Work independently on medium to large projects and assignments, leveraging project management tools and methods.
• Voicing delivery risks and providing solutions that resolve system, process or business blockers for the client and the team.
• Create key documentation adhering to Praecipio standards.
• Partner with other teammates and teams to ensure a high quality deliverable and proper client expectations.

• Knowledge in ITIL, Agile, DevOps and other ways of work best practices in order to advise on and implement client solutions
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Atlassian SDK, Javascript, Groovy, JQL, Python, SQL, Bash/Shell ) for automating repetitive tasks and service delivery processes.
• Expertise in managing IT incidents, problems, and changes using frameworks like ITIL, ensuring efficient service continuity and minimal downtime.
• Understanding of security practices, including identity and access management, data protection, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to analyze service data and generate meaningful reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or native reporting in ITSM tools.

• Active Listening is essential, including the ability to understand client needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using Atlassian tools.
• This involves verbal and written effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability and customer orientation during times of change

• Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing consulting experience, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing work management processes across at least 3 distinct business units or departments.
• Minimum of 3 years implementing technical solutions and optimizations across the Atlassian suite (and supporting methodologies)
• Minimum of 3 years leading client engagements / projects in change management
