Project Manager

• Key Responsibilities
• - Project Leadership & Ownership: Act as a leader who proactively pushes for decisions, guiding the client through complex projects including the deprecation and migration of apps.
• - Client & Stakeholder Management: Effectively lead and influence in a collaborative environment. Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders, demonstrating control and providing continuous value.
• - Mandatory Tool Proficiency: Immediately learn and effectively execute within the client's mandatory project tools, specifically Jira and the Structure app for the project plan.
• - Project Planning & Execution: Take full ownership of the project plan within Structure/Jira. Proactively record, confirm with leadership, and update all action items.
• - Contract & Scope Management: Work with the current project plan, which has evolved from a migration to a complex app deprecation and realignment of solutions. Contribute to adding extensive work to the project plan over the next six months.
• - Communication & Reporting: Ensure all communication is timely and transparent, presenting decisions and outcomes to the top three client stakeholders for sign-off while successfully leading them to the result.

Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms

Marketing

• Assist with the full lifecycle of client events, from building RSVP landing pages to handling venue logistics and providing on-the-ground coordination.
• Assist with planning and execution digital workshops and webinars, handling technical setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up of digital events performed by our SMEs.
• Travel within the USA and Canada may be occasionally required.
• Create visually appealing assets for digital ads, website graphics, social media, and printed sales collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Canva.
• Draft engaging copy for emails, blogs, and social posts, leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline the drafting and editing process.
• Own the social content calendar (On LinkedIn in particular), engaging with our audience to drive organic growth.
• Update and maintain website content and landing pages (HubSpot CMS experience preferred).
• Assist in managing the marketing data within HubSpot CRM to ensure leads/RSVPs/Opportunities are tracked and routed correctly.
• Act as a face of the marketing team, presenting updates to stakeholders and interacting confidently with prospects and clients.
