What you’ll need

Deep roots in organizational design and change management, ideally in a consulting or transformation delivery context
Fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement
Strong, defensible point of view on AI-native organizations
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a new capability
Executive presence and facilitation skills at the client decision-maker level
Current hands-on use of Git, GitHub, and Claude Code in the terminal
Eligibility to work in the United States
Anthropic Claude Certification status requested in the application form
