About the role

  • Drive diversified lead generation strategies to exceed monthly targets across all four brands.
  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas and craft tailored messaging for each brand while maintaining a cohesive portfolio narrative.
  • Lead multi-brand content initiatives—including case studies, testimonials, webinars, and educational programming.
  • Lead campaign planning, brand partnerships, trade shows, and digital experiences that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with Sales and Product stakeholders.
  • Partner with design, SEO, paid media, and social teams to implement and optimize marketing programs across all four brands.
  • Provide branded materials, campaigns, presentations, and nurture workflows tailored per brand to support sales goals.
  • Design and execute advocacy, retention, and engagement programs to increase adoption, loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain nurture and retention email programs for all brands, ensuring content is relevant and consistent with each brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Manage allocated budgets and ensure campaign efficiency across brands, optimizing impact and spend.
  • Deliver quarterly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement, tracking KPIs such as lead generation, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS/software;
  • Proven expertise in content marketing, storytelling, and brand programming.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Zoho).
  • Data-driven and results-focused, with proven ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for impact.
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
