• Utilize data-driven insights to segment email lists and tailor campaigns to different audience segments, maximizing relevance and engagement.
• Work across teams and stakeholders to plan, create, and launch email campaigns, including promotional, transactional and triggered emails, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Oversee the growth and maintenance of email lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for list hygiene.
• Monitor and analyze full-funnel email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Design and implement robust A/B testing to experiment with different email elements to improve campaign performance and identify best practices.
• Develop and optimize processes to ensure effective production schedule and timely deployment of emails.
• Ensure PracticeTek is operating at the forefront of email and automation advances in technology, tools, and best practices.
