Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required

- Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills, and ability to prioritize effectively with a focus on high-impact activity
- Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
- Experience in healthcare, physician recruitment, or workforce solutions preferred
