About the role

  • Owning and developing the compliance data function
  • Managing compliance risks globally to provide assurance to regulators and the board
  • Joining the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring team
  • Partnering closely with the 2nd line function
  • Formulating new rules utilizing the intelligence data within the business

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years experience working in data analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
  • Comfortable using a visualisation tool like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation and modelling; proficiency in dbt is a plus
  • Solid prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of data integrity, quality & governance
  • Prior experience in regulatory reporting and monitoring controls
