About the role
- Owning and developing the compliance data function
- Managing compliance risks globally to provide assurance to regulators and the board
- Joining the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring team
- Partnering closely with the 2nd line function
- Formulating new rules utilizing the intelligence data within the business
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience working in data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Comfortable using a visualisation tool like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with data transformation and modelling; proficiency in dbt is a plus
- Solid prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of data integrity, quality & governance
- Prior experience in regulatory reporting and monitoring controls
