About the role

  • Owning and developing the compliance data function.
  • Managing and ensuring open relations with internal stakeholders.
  • Fostering a strong compliance culture throughout PPRO.
  • Partnering with the 2nd line function for compliance regulatory reporting.
  • Leveraging data to proactively monitor risks.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience working in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
  • Comfortable using a visualization tool like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation and modelling.
  • Solid prioritization skills for own workload.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding the importance of data integrity, quality & governance.
