About the role
- Owning and developing the compliance data function.
- Managing and ensuring open relations with internal stakeholders.
- Fostering a strong compliance culture throughout PPRO.
- Partnering with the 2nd line function for compliance regulatory reporting.
- Leveraging data to proactively monitor risks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience working in data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
- Comfortable using a visualization tool like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data transformation and modelling.
- Solid prioritization skills for own workload.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding the importance of data integrity, quality & governance.
