About the role
- Own the DACH logistics setup and routes, focusing on cost optimization, service-level improvement, long-term partner relationships, and exploring alternative solutions.
- Deliver best-in-class logistics and support metrics, including Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Design and implement processes with logistics partners to improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Establish tools and dashboards to gain clear, actionable insights into central operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the DACH Central and UpCenter Operations teams and internal stakeholders such as Supply & Planning (S&P), Product, and Tech.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to be both operationally hands-on and data-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on operational excellence
- Willingness to take full accountability for a complex operational scope
