About the role
- Lead the design and implementation of a field service and sales support (Commercial) organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other teams to manage change and adoption
- Create upskilling, communication, and training to clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance measurements
- Champion a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop metrics and tools to monitor adoption, measure the effectiveness, and improve processes and customers' line productivity
- Coordinate with Zones, Strategic Accounts, and Senior Refinish management for understanding
- Main contact with Direct & Corporate customers, specifically at operational layers
- Perform line studies with important prospects and develop a formal project outline and path forward in the sales process
- Put together data for products and investments for proposed customers based online study information
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Strategic Leadership and ability to Act with Long-term Perspective
- Collaboration & Build Trust & Respect
- Background in Change Management
- Performance Management
- Communication & Influence & development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
