About the role

  • Establish, maintain, and grow PPG architectural specification share across both private and public sector projects.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to selling, demonstrating outstanding networking and project management skills.
  • Develop a network of A&D practises and in-house Client Architects.
  • Develop strategic account plans for the top A&D practices.
  • Develop specifications to meet the needs of the project.
  • Identify the 'Decision-making Unit' and work with them across the contractor chain.
  • Work collaboratively to manage specified projects through the lead specification stages.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree standard or qualified through appropriate levels of experience.
  • 3 or more years experience selling either a major brand product or service into the commercial arena.
  • Sound Construction product knowledge, with a firm understanding of the Architect and Design industry and the Specification market place.
