💰 $100,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop and execute global customer and key account strategies aligned with company objectives, including pricing and opportunity pipeline initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across global organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for select transparency accounts, managing contracts, presentations, and customer communications.
  • Drive performance to KPIs such as revenue, volume, and earnings, contributing to demand forecasts and budget planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, product development, operations, and finance to meet customer needs.
  • Support customer engagement activities, including trade shows, seminars, training, and events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing quotations and value proposals based on customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Aerospace specific industry experience strongly preferred
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing role
  • Five (5) or more years of experience developing and implementing successful account management strategies in a global industry
  • Ability to travel domestically and Internationally as needed to support global customers
