About the role

  • Define and communicate the enterprise quality vision, strategy, and policies aligned with company goals.
  • Establish quality standards, procedures, and governance frameworks across operations and supply chain.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across regions and functions.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and certification requirements (e.g., ISO and applicable industry standards).
  • Lead internal and external audits and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality, safety, and operational risks.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable global QMS.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable Good Practice standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, controls, and traceability supporting audit readiness and operational discipline.
  • Lead Lean transformation and Six Sigma problem-solving disciplines to improve product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and defect-reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and customer teams to improve end-to-end performance and eliminate waste.
  • Establish measurable improvement roadmaps tied to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build, lead, and develop global Quality and Operational Excellence teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused quality grounded in Lean principles and data-driven decision making.
  • Provide executive reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Define and monitor enterprise quality KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Deliver regular executive-level reporting on quality trends, risks, and improvement outcomes.
  • Use analytics and insights to guide strategic decision-making and investment priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality within industrial manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise quality strategy, compliance programs, and Lean / Six Sigma–driven continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience operating in complex, global, and cross-functional organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory frameworks, Good Manufacturing Practices, and enterprise quality systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher required.
  • Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organizational change.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
