About the role
- Execute, collaborate and refine the end-to-end experience and work across a spectrum of projects to design experiences of our service journey.
- Work closely with clinicians, operations, and patients to deeply understand the people who touch our service, and rally the Haven team around the needs we are solving for.
- Explore, iterate, test and deliver new product solutions and detailed UX and UI designs to continuously evolve and improve our care delivery platform.
- Contribute to design operations— delivering a positive tone within the Design team and across the company.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product/UX/Service Designer experience delivering and collaborating cross-functionally at every stage of the product development process.
- Portfolio that showcases your ability to dig into complex workflows, understand user needs and requirements, and distill them into delightfully simple design solutions.
- Eye for detail, consistently demonstrating a high degree of craft in UI design.
- Strong product sense, partnering with the design and engineering teams to balance quality and speed.
- Comfort with early-stage startup ambiguity, collaboration, and willingness to go beyond the boundaries of your role to achieve goals.
