About the role

  • Support overhead and investment cost tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Support the preparation and validation of cost-related data and reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify cost topics and align assumptions
  • Help identify manual and repetitive tasks and design automation solutions using Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Contribute to improving data quality, reporting structures, and documentation
  • Participate in reviewing existing processes and share suggestions for optimization
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary initiatives and a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Enrolled Bachelor or Master student (analytical or quantitative background preferred)
  • Strong interest in operations, data, and process improvement
  • Very good Excel skills; experience or strong interest in Power BI and Power Automate
  • Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
  • High intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working independently and with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
