About the role

  • Support tracking, analysis and reporting of overhead and investment (CapEx) costs
  • Assist in preparing and validating cost-related data and reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify cost issues and align assumptions
  • Help identify manual and repetitive tasks and design automation solutions using Excel, Power BI and Power Automate
  • Contribute to improving data quality, reporting structures and documentation
  • Participate in reviewing existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (analytical or quantitative background preferred)
  • Strong interest in operations, data and process improvements
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with or strong interest in Power BI and Power Automate
  • Structured, proactive and reliable work style
  • High intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
