About the role

  • Monitor and interpret various SCADA cybersecurity standards and regulatory updates to ensure ongoing compliance within Power Factors products and services – including NERC CIP, IEC62443, NIS2, SOCI, and CRA.
  • Collaborate with SCADA Delivery, Operations, Product, and Development teams to facilitate compliance with SCADA cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct internal audits, self-assessments, and gap analyses to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Support Sales and Customer Support teams with client requests and questionnaires related to SCADA cybersecurity standards and regulations.
  • Track and manage compliance tasks using governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools.
  • Provide training and awareness on SCADA cybersecurity standards and compliance obligations to relevant personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, electrical engineering, computer science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA cybersecurity standards and regulations including NERC CIP and IEC62443
  • Excellent communication skills – an ability to speak with clients and technical teams directly
  • Experience working with OT-based software, hardware, and network solutions
  • A passion for cyber security and desire to continue learning
