About the role

  • Lead requirements gathering and project planning for internal business applications including Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, Cloud Coach.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders including business users, department heads, and executives.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into ticketed, workable items and manage tickets in tools like Jira.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement, configure, and customize Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, Cloud Coach, and other applications.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions align with business processes and user needs through QA, testing, and UAT.
  • Develop change management strategies, create documentation and training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing user support and address user queries.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans and status reports.
  • Monitor project performance against key metrics and seek opportunities to optimize processes and system functionality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to business applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) an asset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically related to internal business applications.
  • Experience in managing projects involving Salesforce, NetSuite, Gainsight, Cloud Coach, or similar platforms.
  • Strong, clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Change management expertise and experience driving user adoption.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent with project management tools, including Jira.
  • Ability to "think like a user" that informs your work throughout a project from initial requirements to change management
