About the role
- Coordinate the implementation of GitLab Duo by assisting with the requirements gathering
- Coordinate development teams' agile sprints and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Track blockers, remove impediments, and ensure the project meets timelines and targets
- Work closely with engineers, product owners, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate trainings and feedback gathering to measure the effectiveness of the AI toolset for ~300+ critical DoD and veteran support applications
- Guide the team in applying Scrum and agile best practices
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions
- Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the backlog
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Track and report on team progress and metrics
Requirements
- Secret security clearance or above
- 2+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- A notification that reviews, and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4, will be conducted by the employer
- Background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment
- If covered by 10 CFR part 709, successful completion of a counterintelligence evaluation may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification upon hire
