About the role

  • Control and distribute information related to administrative proceedings and department KPIs, updating spreadsheets and systems with the necessary data to support internal processes;
  • Organize and support the control of the department's administrative and support activities, including receipt, registration, stamping, dispatch, routing and filing of documents, as well as assist with organizing materials, files, internal controls and department events such as meetings, trainings and other events involving company personnel and/or third parties;
  • Assist in the preparation, issuance and review of data reports, and support the creation and updating of spreadsheets and electronic documents according to department needs and requests from the immediate supervisor and established routines;
  • Support the department’s administrative routines by controlling administrative expenses and requesting payments to the department's vendors;
  • Assist in the analysis of contracts, agreements and judgments, reviewing clauses for associated risks in accordance with current law;
  • Type and file basic legal documents and correspondence, monitor deadlines and maintain calendars;
  • Prepare responses to internal legal inquiries to minimize legal risks, acting in defense and safeguarding rights;
  • Draft, review and analyze legal documents such as contracts, confidentiality agreements, corporate documents, bidding notices and others;
  • Participate in the defense and monitoring of the Company's judicial and administrative proceedings, providing guidance to outside counsel and supporting and monitoring their actions;
  • Support business areas by drafting contractual terms and conditions for the company's products;
  • Monitor company policies and processes related to LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law);
  • Assist in compliance with regulatory obligations, corporate governance, SUSEP requirements and other applicable rules.

Requirements

  • University degree or completed technological degree in Law with active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Contract Law;
  • Desired: Intermediate knowledge of Insurance Legislation/Standards;
  • Intermediate knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Public Procurement (Bidding) and Administrative Law;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Corporate Law and M&A;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Tax Law;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Labor Law;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Civil Law.
