About the role
- Lead and develop the team, providing feedback, monitoring performance, and managing behavioral conduct.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Previous experience coordinating legal teams (preferably in high-volume operations).
- Strategic, organized, and communicative profile with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to make decisions autonomously and confidently.
- Consultative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
