Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Structure the work into discrete steps and sprints. Make tough tradeoff decisions optimizing for time to value.
Clearly document your work and provide training to users, ensuring the successful adoption and long-term success of new tools.
Lead the evaluation of third-party AI tools and technologies. Ensure we make informed build-versus-buy decisions
Requirements
4+ years experience building tools and workflows to enhance productivity
A scrappy problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude
A curious mind especially related to AI
Excellent communication and a passion for sharing knowledge
Deep empathy to understand customer pain points and anticipate needs
Hands-on experience using a variety of AI and automation technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Retool, Slackbots, Workato, APIs, AI Agents, Pinecone, Streamlit)
Experience with context/prompt engineering
Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Javascript
High ownership and agency
