About the role
- Collaborate with internal Rewst teams and customers to gather business requirements and help identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Rewst.
- Create and maintain documentation including process maps, solution design documents, and test trackers.
- Utilize advancing technology in AI and automation to drive efficiency in your work.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
- Support pre-sales activities by scoping projects and estimating effort and timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience deploying RPA solutions in a customer-facing environment
- Proficiency with one or more RPA tools, preferably on low-code platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices in automation
- Familiarity with related programming languages (e.g., Jinja, Python, PowerShell)
- Demonstrated capability in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields (Bonus)
