About the role
- Set strategy and own goals, roadmap, execution, and release for workspace collaboration product
- Shape how software teams use workspaces to organize API development workflows and collaborate
- Engage directly with developers and customers to gather feedback and inform product strategy
- Develop and own product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science to create detailed product requirements
- Use qualitative and quantitative methods to set goals, evaluate progress, and drive prioritization
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in collaboration or developer tools
- Proven track record of driving product success from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of API technologies, developer workflows, and collaborative tools like Postman, GitHub, Jira, Slack, Docker
- Strong communication skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams and articulate product vision
- Passion for mentoring and fostering collaborative team environments
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity; ability to ruthlessly prioritize, move fast, test-and-iterate
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with product analytics tools for tracking adoption and engagement
- Comfort with 4+ hours of overlap with Bangalore, willing to take early or late PST calls
