About the role

Test a mission-critical SaaS Data Integration application as a QA Engineer on the TPSVC (Talend Platform Services) team
Contribute to features refinement to identify test cases and tooling needs at early phase
Nurture and maintain automated tests to allow fast release cycles without compromising quality
Understand product and customer use cases to design and implement a test strategy that secures them
Collaborate with other QAs to identify issues and test at the right level
Ensure quality of developed services and care for customers who trust the product with their business-critical needs

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (e.g., information technology, software engineering)
Practical experience on API testing
Practical experience on test automation with Java
Ability to communicate smoothly, effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently; strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ownership, proactive communication and active follow up on raised issues
Experience in working within a distributed agile team environment (plus)
Experience with Docker or Kubernetes (plus)
Basic knowledge in performance testing (plus)
Experience in working within an international team (plus)
