About the role
- Own and execute the end-to-end subcontractor workforce lifecycle across all Posted Companies divisions
- Build, manage, and scale the external workforce network
- Oversee the Workforce Coordinator function
- Manage workforce sourcing strategy across all trades and service categories
- Own and continuously improve all workforce onboarding workflows
- Ensure subcontractor compliance standards are maintained
- Own workforce data accuracy and integrity
- Establish subcontractor performance standards
- Own the workforce management budget
- Directly manage and develop Workforce Coordinators
Requirements
- Able to work with and motivate others in a team environment
- Must have good communication and interpersonal qualities
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license subject to continuous review issued by the state in which you reside
- Overnight/out of town travel (10%)
