About the role
- Lead the PostNetz Market Controlling team
- Take responsibility for revenue and cost controlling
- Develop and operate effective management and control instruments
- Act as Finance Business Partner for the "Platforms" Business Unit
- Ensure close collaboration with the Head of Finance Business Partners for PostNetz
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or a related field
- Solid expertise in controlling and business partnering
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of modern reporting and planning tools
- Confident presentation skills and audience-appropriate communication
- Proactively drive change and support ongoing development
- Excellent German skills and good knowledge of a second national language
