Product Manager

• Lead the “Access” product suite, optimizing the acquisition and repayment experiences to help address customer liquidity needs and ensure success in repayment
• Drive expansion and growth opportunities for the products, launching in new states and expanding on the overall product strategy of our flagship products
• Create and execute a product roadmap that sets Possible up for long-term success, delivers compelling customer experiences, and achieves business results
• Communicate our product strategy, product health, business results, customer insights, etc., to Possible’s Leadership Team and the company (i.e., at all hands) consistently
• Partner with Loan Operations and LMS product counterparts, Legal & Compliance, Data Science, Risk, and Customer Operations to manage state-level audits, health checks, and reviews with our banking partners
• Increase the efficacy of our product development processes by introducing industry best practices

Principal Product Manager, Short Term Credit

• Take ownership of the well-being and strategy of our LMS, with a focus on amortization processes, ledgers, compliance tools, and audit capabilities.
• Transition the LMS from a single product to a multi-product scalable platform, as well as finding opportunities to invest in the LMS that takes it from service to a first-class product
• Develop new payment infrastructure in partnership with other product teams to enable new capabilities and help our customers succeed
• Provide tooling and processes for audit and compliance requirements, ensuring that the health and hygiene of the system is of the highest priority, and externalizing the ability to audit

Principal Product Manager, Loan Management System

General Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, partnership, technology, and confidentiality agreements.
• Lead intake and strategy for pre-litigation disputes. Supervise response coordination, risk appraisal, and case planning—partner with outside counsel as needed. Manage in-house arbitration filings and hearings, including preparation of pleadings, discovery, and case strategy.
• Research and interpret federal and state consumer credit laws and regulations—partner with the Compliance team on regulatory change management and implementation.
• Perform legal research and provide practical mentorship to internal collaborators after analyzing risks.
• Support internal teams on product development, marketing review, and other operational matters with a focus on mitigating legal risk while enabling growth.

• Design, implement, and scale HR systems, programs, and processes.
• Shape the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to build and implement People Operations strategy.

QA Engineer

• Evaluate customer support interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to ensure service excellence and alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Review back office handling of underwriting and credit dispute tasks to assess quality and adherence to procedures.
• Analyze agent performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver constructive feedback and coaching to agents; collaborate with floor support and team leads for mentorship and development opportunities.
