Systems Engineer

• Take ownership of the requirements lifecycle — from early stakeholder engagement through to detailed specification
• Lead the development of both high‑level and detailed specifications
• Analyse and refine system requirements to align with programme objectives
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements
• Develop and maintain a robust requirements governance framework
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and requirement validation sessions
• Own the creation and progression of Technical Requirements Specification (TRS) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
• Define end-to-end system requirements including hardware, software, interfaces, and constraints
• Ensure full traceability between TRS and SRS
• Ensure requirements are testable and measurable
• Support the use of simulation-led testing to validate system behaviour
