Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the requirements lifecycle — from early stakeholder engagement through to detailed specification
Lead the development of both high‑level and detailed specifications
Analyse and refine system requirements to align with programme objectives
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements
Develop and maintain a robust requirements governance framework
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, reviews, and requirement validation sessions
Own the creation and progression of Technical Requirements Specification (TRS) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
Define end-to-end system requirements including hardware, software, interfaces, and constraints
Ensure full traceability between TRS and SRS
Ensure requirements are testable and measurable
Support the use of simulation-led testing to validate system behaviour

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
