About the role
- Oversee the strategy, outcomes, management and performance of the Onboarding Team, ensuring new customers have a seamless transition from sales.
- Build the framework to enable the global partner network to deliver Posit solutions successfully.
- Lead the Technical Account Manager (TAM) Team focused on proactive technical partnership with customers.
- Optimize a high-impact team focused on scoped engagements and critical account-level technical escalations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Professional Services, with experience in a leadership role scaling Professional Services and Delivery teams within a B2B enterprise software organization.
- Proven experience with technically complex on-premise deployments and, ideally, an understanding of the reporting, analytics, or data science software landscape.
- Demonstrated success in building service packages, delivering against key KPIs (CSAT, Time-to-Value, Utilization), and scaling teams from the ground up.
- Experience in a "partner-first" or "partner-heavy" delivery models.
- Ability to manage upwards and sideways to align resources and resolve cross-departmental friction.
- Experience building playbooks and converting individual "heroics" into repeatable, measurable processes.
- Coaching, hiring, and capacity modeling. Ability to enable individual performance and develop leaders.
- Alignment with Posit’s mission to support open-source software and the data science community.
