About the role

  • Own the strategic growth, commercial performance and development of our Clear Aligners category across our practice network
  • Lead on growth and marketing initiatives, supplier partnerships and clinical engagement
  • Establish a clear category growth strategy and delivery roadmap agreed with senior stakeholders
  • Engage with clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads and practice teams across the network
  • Improve category performance, treatment uptake and patient access
  • Develop effective supplier partnerships delivering innovation, training and commercial value
  • Implement scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows across practices
  • Create clear performance reporting and insight frameworks to support ongoing category development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences / Health Sciences)
  • Some professional experience in category management, programme management or commercial project delivery, ideally within a structured or blue-chip organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills , with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, operational teams and senior leaders
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvement
  • Excellent communication, organisation and delivery skills
