About the role

  • Plan, structure and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other channels).
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, ROI, ROAS, engagement and lead behavior.
  • Track metrics daily to enable fast decision-making.
  • Prepare performance reports and consolidated dashboards.
  • Analyze creatives, run A/B tests and organize monthly media briefings.
  • Analyze the user digital journey and identify friction points.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments.
  • Monitor heatmaps, browsing behavior and conversion data.
  • Implement continuous improvements to landing pages and the website.
  • Manage content, product and campaign updates on Porte's website.
  • Create and update landing pages for projects and campaigns.
  • Ensure basic technical performance, SEO and site availability.
  • Create, set up and monitor Social Ads campaigns with a performance focus.
  • Test creatives, targeting and audiences.
  • Identify opportunities for new channels and acquisition strategies.
  • Support the digital influencer strategy.
  • Prepare briefs for UX, design and technology requests.
  • Monitor deliverables with agencies, validating pages, features and deadlines.
  • Gather needs and requirements from internal areas (Sales, Marketing, Post-Construction, Engineering, among others).
  • Organize and prioritize requests in briefs and functional flows.
  • Oversee development with the agency and IT.
  • Validate features, perform basic tests and monitor app engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Performance.
  • Proficiency in digital media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic media and retargeting.
  • Experience with campaign data analysis and metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO (technical and on-page) and CRO.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Firebase, A/B testing).
  • Experience with tracking, UTM parameters and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to read and interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow or proprietary systems).
