Legal Assistant

• Analysis and drafting of real estate contracts (purchase and sale, contracts for works, and service agreements)
• Research and monitoring of court proceedings on court websites
• Gathering documents and liaising with internal departments
• Drafting basic legal documents (powers of attorney, letters of representation, and responses to notices)
• Control and management of legal department payments (fees, court costs, notary fees, and judgments), including entries in an ERP system
• Direct support to the department's lawyers
• Support for the legal department's administrative activities
