Business Development Rep

• Mener des activités de prospection sortante par téléphone, courriel, LinkedIn et d’autres canaux.
• Effectuer le suivi des pistes entrantes générées par les campagnes marketing, les webinaires et les événements.
• Effectuer des recherches sur les comptes ciblés et identifier les principaux décideurs.

Product Manager

• Act as an outward-facing visionary leader, defining the direction and viability of the digital signature portfolio over a 1–3 year horizon
• Collaborate with the CPO to define and evolve the long-term product vision based on customer needs, regulatory trends, and market dynamics
• Anticipate market shifts, competitive threats, and disruptive technologies
• Assess and recommend the responsible use of AI within product capabilities, operations, and delivery
• Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer insights studies to identify strategic growth opportunities
• Partner with other product managers, product operations leads, and design to influence multi-year roadmaps and innovation pipelines
• Align product direction with corporate strategy, executive objectives, and investor expectations
• Prepare and present strategic proposals to the Product Steering Committee (PSC) and executive team
• Foster a culture of vision, trust, and innovation within the product organization
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through delivery, adoption, and ongoing evolution
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and partner assessments
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy
• Lead feature ideation and initial scoping, and drive RICE prioritization at the PSC level

Administration

• Collaborate with the IT team to provide technical support to internal users
• Participate in the design and evolution of on-premises and cloud infrastructures
• Ensure compliance with security policies and certifications
• Maintain and optimize a hybrid environment (on-premises + cloud)
• Monitor systems and manage incidents (on-call rotation)
• Ensure backup reliability
• Document and improve technical procedures
• Maintain the IT asset inventory
• Participate in security audits

Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator – M365, Azure, AWS

Architect

• Définir et faire évoluer l’architecture cible (identité, services, données, intégrations)
