Product Manager – Digital Signature & Trust Solutions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an outward-facing visionary leader, defining the direction and viability of the digital signature portfolio over a 1–3 year horizon
- Collaborate with the CPO to define and evolve the long-term product vision based on customer needs, regulatory trends, and market dynamics
- Anticipate market shifts, competitive threats, and disruptive technologies
- Assess and recommend the responsible use of AI within product capabilities, operations, and delivery
- Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer insights studies to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Partner with other product managers, product operations leads, and design to influence multi-year roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Align product direction with corporate strategy, executive objectives, and investor expectations
- Prepare and present strategic proposals to the Product Steering Committee (PSC) and executive team
- Foster a culture of vision, trust, and innovation within the product organization
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through delivery, adoption, and ongoing evolution
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and partner assessments
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy
- Lead feature ideation and initial scoping, and drive RICE prioritization at the PSC level
- Ensure alignment between roadmap execution and strategic objectives
- Work closely with product operations leads, engineering, and design to finalize requirements and delivery scope
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare product briefs, business cases, and decision documents for the PSC
- Manage product lifecycle planning, including discovery, validation, preparation, and go-to-market execution
- Define and drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with marketing and sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in product management or product strategy
- Experience delivering high-assurance, on-premises/local signing solutions that use locally managed cryptographic certificates in regulated environments
- Experience delivering electronic signing flow solutions that reconcile simplicity, trust, and compliance
- Strong customer focus and ability to translate regulatory and trust requirements into product outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategy with operational execution
- Experience presenting to senior leadership, steering committees, or executive forums
- Technical and domain knowledge (operational level): digital signatures, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management
- IAM concepts and authentication models
- Compliance, auditability, and non-repudiation requirements
- Knowledge of AI-related risks, fraud, and identity challenges
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with installed/desktop software products, including their management, distribution, and coexistence with cloud solutions
- Experience with API products or platforms, including integrations and partner ecosystems
- Experience collaborating with legal, risk, and compliance teams
